As a recording artist she has contributed to the genres of pop, pop rock, electropop and others. Her song LDN was known to have a touch of reggae. This was written in her album "Future Cut" along with her other songs Smile, Knock Em Out and Alfie in the years 2006-2007.

In February 2009, her album entitled "It's Not Me, It's You" was released. It included the song "Fuck You" which reached the top 68 on the Billboard Charts and her UK number 1 hit "The Fear". (Her myspace page already had the songs before the new album debuted.)

SS501 - often called as Double S 501 is a popular boy band in Korea alongside other popular groups like Big Bang and Super Junior who have now become more popular since they released their new album Rebirth. Furthermore, the leader of the group, Kim Hyun Joong, was part of the Korean Drama version of F4 - "Boys Over Flowers" which has rapidly gained fans throughout Asia.

This group is also known as "The Flower Group" in some parts of Asia because the members all have a touch of the so-called "Flower Man" - beautiful men, in other words.

Their new album, Rebirth, not only has more better songs but it also shows a different side of the group as well.
